We are proud to announce that we had a record fundraising year during our 20th anniversary in 2022, raising a whopping £25,700, which was £5,700 above our initial target. Thanks to your generous support, we have been able to welcome 9 new children into the home!
To keep up this momentum, we are delighted to announce that we are actively looking for a new fundraising manager to join our volunteer-led Charity Board. We believe that this charity board position is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference and is eager to learn more about fundraising. The fundraising manager will play a crucial role in helping us continue to support the children at Funsani Home, as well as the broader community in Zambia.
As a member of the Board, the fundraising manager will have the opportunity to feed in on a wide range of decisions. This includes strategic planning, fundraising campaigns, and budgeting, among other things. We believe that with the right person in this role, we can achieve even greater success in the years to come.
We meet virtually as a Board once a month and welcome anyone who is interested in making a difference in the lives of the children in Zambia. No prior experience is required.
